The room, the staff and the food is just wonderful. The bathroom is also beautiful. The Idli Sambar and Upma Sambar were beautifully seasoned and the taste was great. The huge Paratha had a beautiful Floakey texture and came with Mango Pickles. This was the first time I found a fantastic masala chai made vegan with oat milk. I'm in love! I ordered chana masala and rice, ginger tea. Chana and chai was good but rice was undercooked....I have to leave rice in the plate...I ordered Punjabi samosa it was ok. I think someone needs to monitor food quality like it is properly cooked and being served at right temperature... Indian food like samosa tastes better if hot.
