I was really craving some ribs today and decided to try this on the way home. The portions are big but unfortunately the meat tasted like lighter fluid. There’s articles on the web that talk about alternatives to starting charcoal like chimney starters. texas spud is the fantastic and a great comfort eating. only place where they consistently get bark ribs.
short ribs were beautiful, brisket was moist delicate and beautifully flavored.
