What Epicuriouser likes about Ming China Bistro:
Ming has very very good fresh Chinese food but I'm not sure what they are trying to be. The inside is very upscale looking so much that we opted to eat on one of the few patio tables out front since we were dining with our 3 year old. The food is expensive perhaps more so than PF Changs. They have a few vegetarian choices and my husband raved about his General Tao's chicken. They also have hot pots. The menu is s lit... Food was good but not exceptional. Most of the menu had no descriptions for the food items. We were always waiting for our server, and our server decided we didn't need the extra vegetables we asked for. And they wouldn't honor my Entertainment book coupon-and were not at all apologetic about it. View all feedback.
