Food was excellent. Clearly a cut above what I would expect from a Thai restaurant. I gave service only a 4 because the appetizer was mixed up apparently taken to the wrong table by a food runner. They had to remake and we were well into our mains before it arrived. (And the appetizer was only average below everything else). Waiter was very friendly and apologetic. View all feedback.
What Tess doesn't like about Noi Thai Cuisine - Downtown Seattle:
We truly think Noi is an outstanding Thai option. There was a problem this time because my reservation was for 12 and they seated two not in our party in two of our 12 seats. We had to ask multiple times before they were moved and our party could all be seated. The food was great as always and fast which was good because we had tickets for a 7:30 performance. Everything in the vegetarian section of their menu is vegan! and they have some possibilities. this is an entertaining location in the inner city with heated seating in the open. everything was nicely plated and tasted super! we had the early rolls, yellow curry and the black noodles and we were happy with the taste and the portions. the staff was also very friendly!
Great place to go when you’re with friends who aren’t vegan. There’s a vegetarian menu but if you tell them you’re vegan they’re very accommodating.
Really lovely authentic Thai food. Although I only had a main the Black Noodles with Veg, others had the fresh rolls and red and green curries. My noodles were unbelievable and they offer you a spice eating of 1-5. I asked for extra spicy so they brought down 4 little pots of chili oils, pastes and powders. Great value and great service! Highly recommended!
Super convenient if visiting the SAM, Noi Thai is pretty much directly across the street from the Art Gallery. The restaurant has great ambiance and friendly staff. The Vegetarian/ Vegan Menu is small, but has a good selection. I can highly recommend the Veggie rolls, with Peanut sauce to start. The rolls are fresh and herbaceous thanks to the cilantro and basil. And the peanut sauce is the best I’ve had peanutty without being cloying with hints of coconut and perhaps sriracha? I had the Black noodles as recommended from a previous reviewer and it was really yummy! I particularly loved the way the broccoli soaked up the sauce and I put extra heat on the dish from the tray of assorted pepper condiments. The one that I chose, to put on I think may use fish oil or something like that as it had that particular taste that I remember from before I was Vegan, so it may be wise to ask first. All in all an excellent place and I will definitely be back to sample the other items on their Vegan Menu
This restaurant is one of the best I have ever visited. The Crispy Garlic Chicken is delicious, but what truly changed my life was the Mango Sticky Rice. The contrast of the cool mango and warm rice, along with the perfect texture and flavor of the mango, was simply amazing. I even found myself appreciating the presentation of the dish, which I don't usually care about. This dish was truly unforgettable. Overall, this place serves amazing Thai food at reasonable prices, in a nice ambiance and cool location. It was an unforgettable dining experience.
