What User likes about Pacific Room:
Interestingly, this review asked about noise. I don't like it and I don't want to find any loud restaurants. Pacific Room is not loud. Even with live entertainment, you can still reverse. I have eaten there several times and Pacific Room had consistently good food, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the music is great. I highly recommend this restaurant!! View all feedback.

I was super disappointed by the service. When entering, we stood right in front of the register where the host was and she didn't even recognize us for at least 5 minutes.... would have left at this point, but not. We had to get our waitress literally after several attempts to get a drink. And the food was kind of a disappointment for the price. We will not return. View all feedback.
