What Kelly R doesn't like about Pel Meni Dumpling Tzar:
The food here is amazing. The girl working the last few times has been a major biatch and is very unfriendly. She went out of her way to be cruel and call out the table next to us for the guy being drunk as if it is wasn't a Saturday in a major Seattle bar scene. He was sleepy but harmless, yet she was screaming and degrading his whole group. Also, no one goes to Dumpling Tzar sober. View all feedback.
