Percy's is a restaurant and bar right in Ballard Ave. It's got ample seating with tables inside and outside. Parkijg in this area can be a pain so be prepared to walk. The staff here are super friendly, and drinks usually come pretty quickly although sometimes it can take a while to get the initial service. Heavy pours, decent prices, a bit smaller portion sizes. Nice craft cocktails. Super loud environment
Standard, solid place to meet friends, get food and drinks. They have an exciting specialty cocktails list, I got the dusty monkey, v good.
