This is a favorite of a friend. I called to double check a few things since I am gluten-free and have a beef allergy. I learned that all the pho comes with beef broth, even the chicken. The exception is the vegan pho which has vegetable broth. The pho is good but their pricing policy is lame ! If you get a to go order and go to the restaurant to pick it up, they charge an extra an extra 75 cents per bowl of pho .
