What Michael Schuett likes about Portage Bay Cafe:
Portage Bay serves up one of the (if not THE) best breakfast/brunches in Seattle. We go often! Everything on the menu is fresh, delicious, and the portions are HUGE. Gol You won't be disappointed. View all feedback. What Berniece Fisher doesn't like about Portage Bay Cafe:
Last month we tried a brunch in this cafe, as we heard a lot of it. It was a good experience, but it couldn't be much better. The staff was great! The fruit bar was not clean enough (I understand that insects love sweet things, but there should be a way to get rid of them). They can also serve food with a better shrimp; that makes a great change. The Swedish pancake was too sweet. View all feedback.

read morePortage Bay Cafe offers a mixed bag of reviews from customers who have experienced their brunch offerings. Some have lauded the restaurant for its large portions, prompt service, and delicious food options, while others have expressed disappointment in certain dishes and the overall experience. The cafe is known for its variety of menu items, including vegan and gluten-free options, as well as its fruit bar and creative pancake offerings. However, some have noted issues with cleanliness and pricing. Despite its popularity, the cafe's cramped dining space and seating limitations have also been points of contention for patrons. Ultimately, Portage Bay Cafe seems to offer a diverse range of options that may appeal to some visitors but not all.
