Had to take a connecting flight from SeaTac and with every other possible option closed at the time we finally decided on Qdoba. My wife got the veggie bowl and I got the plant based impossible bowl. The impossible meat tasted weird, had a strange chalky texture. The other ingredients seemed fresh, surprisingly for an airport location. Pretty decent overall. read more.
