What User likes about Rooster's Tex-mex-bbq:
good food and very attentive service. we were there with a bigger party and they took care of us. eating is good and is closer to Tex-Mex than most, but it's still not quite the actual thing. chips were thick and crispy and the queso fundido was good. we ordered a quite wide selection of dressed and everyone seemed to enjoy their eating. the prices were also appropriate. good place for a casual meeting. was a bit worried when we entered at 8:00 at night on Saturday and there were so few patrons in the facility, but the margaritas were good (not too sweet) and the smoked meats were fantastic. even my carne was not overcrowded. we'll be back. Surprisingly good! Mexican is never good in Seattle for some reason, but this was great. Everything was flavorful, fresh, spicy. Service was amazing.
