This is hands down one of the best places to go on the Ave. The staff here are so friendly, and their pho is incredible. The raw beef pho, in particular, is delicious! If my photo worries you, I can promise all of the beef cooked in the broth after just a minute or two. Also, their thai tea is incredible. I have no regrets coming here, and I hope to be back soon! What Precious Malloy doesn't like about Thanh Vi:
I ordered Bun Cha Gio through Uber eats. I am not a newbie to Vietnamese food so I was a little disappointed with the Bun. It was the blandest Bun Cha Gio I have ever had. The sauce didn 't have enough fish sauce and vinegar. The amount of sauce in proportion to the vermicelli noodle was lacking. Favorite pho place on the Ave, and there are a LOT of choices. Super friendly staff, fast service.
