I had a sweet potato waffle with peanut butter and banana. It was good, but needed a little liquid to help with the stickiness. I made it more palatable by spooning on some of the jam from my husband 's sandwich. Stephen loved the Monte Cristo using waffles instead of bread, but he wasn 't hip on the aioli sauce recipe.
