What Scott Chapman likes about The Central Saloon:
It was my second time visiting here from Moscow, Idaho to see Jeff Crosby and it was wonderful. Though I grew up in Edmonds, I missed the Central’s grunge heyday, but it’s such a fun place. I love the history of it for starters but the Jeff Crosby shows have been intimate with the right volume level and room to move around easily. The staff there was friendly and gave us great service. Didn’t eat here but tried. Walked into their open doors at 11:26 AM for lunch. Some guy shouted at me that they were closed. I said, your hours online say you open at 11 AM?
