We enjoyed the ambience, good Italian food, and good service from our waiter, Guiermo. Tulio is a great spot for pre- theatre dining for the 5th Ave Theatre.
We went for my daughter's 17th birthday and everyone was so warm and kind. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Would DEF go again.
