I grew up in Japan. Tates and service are ok. Our noodles are warm, not hot... Maybe for westerners but any kind of udon or noodle supposed to be served piping hot except cold noodle for summer.I could cook them better especially soup even if store bought soup mix. View all feedback.
Good stuff! Had the niku bowl and it was Recommend avoiding some of the self-serve add on toppings/sides if they've been sitting for awhile
The food is delicious and the portions are perfect!! The dashi broth is hands down my favorite thing, besides the udon.
