"This was a wonderfully pleasant experience. It was like dining at home without having to cook and serve. The server, Michelle, was probably the best server I have ever had. She was attentive, friendly and efficient. Portions are large. Food is homestyle. Order the cheese curds, new on the menu. Passes the Wisconsin authenticity test. Will be going back."

"Unique property! Directly on the water, boat docks and easy access, dining and entertainment nightly! Main hotel was recently remodeled and Suites were well appointed. "It's one of my favorite restaurants in Sebastian. I've always had great meals at Sandy's, and the service is always fast and friendly.I'm sure many people pass it by because they want to dine at a riverside restaurant, but the food is definitely worth stopping for. You can always walk along the river after you eat!"

"I just returned home from a lunch with a friend on Friday July 6th. I will not be back. I hadn 't been to The Hen House in several months, maybe even a year. Last time I had a pretty good taco salad. It is no longer on the menu. I ordered a lemonade. I got coffee and water instead. I did get my mimosa which was orange juice. ONLY? My BLT on a croissant was just OK or meh for the little bit of bacon that was in it. The server was really bad and I try to have a lot of patience, compassion and understanding for people in the service industries. No wonder it wasn 't very busy. It was not worth the time or money. I will not be back."
