It is a super resturant the pommes were just perfect my taste have never experienced anything good and the cook has si a sweet smile

"The hotel offers an ideal location in the old town, centrally and quiet. All attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, additional requests are met without any problems. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. Breakfast is also very good in coronary times, it can be ordered again and again. We like to come back."

"Usually in rural Idyll past old quite northeast of Schwerin you will find (hopefully after the Basthorst a part of the common crivitz with a beautiful house estate the castle Basthorst. on the lovingly renovated area next to the magnificently furnished main house with rustic stylish, valent rooms and salons and old neighboring buildings, a restaurant complex with hotel extension was rebuilt in which we were to be gassed. behind this is an investor group, please not with the good basthorst of baron ruffin in the lauenburgian! in advance I can say that I did not share the experiences of my pre-assembled kitchen and service, which we were lovingly served and cooked by a young team. our three-course menu as part of a package should be earned by 30 40, €. Service attentive and fresh juvenile international with a very well trained and gastronomic. the fragrant fluffy crispy bread in advance, with a narrow and crumbling square. then as an amuse a spoon creamy round goat cheese with balsamico and herbal salad pepper and delicious. Wine selection (eps 25, 2013 birchmore shiraz cabernet South Australia deep red violet and easy to eat; the Chardonnay from the same estate and vintage, on the other hand, as a white alternative, much more compatible and sinful without too much sweet. a small but fine antipasti variation as an appetizer offered a well lubricated and harmonious cross-section of the Italian vegetables on fine-marined field salad. Attraction was the deep pink, tender and slightly bloody spicy bark back with bright crust. absolutely sheer, plentiful and harmonious on noble champignon woofy and a successful gratin. perfect meat despite lush slice thickness great! a good cube homemade tiramisu creamy firma cool spun out fine and harmonious with fresh kakao note a heart, pleasant pleasure. despite the adjacent dinner buffet of a group quiet, harmoniously organized and noble relax also suitable for couples. the environment beautiful a being; refurbished new restaurant with high-quality equipment and deco. Cleanliness also in the autumn outdoor areas tried well maintained, pieksauber atmosphere."
