I find all Panera locations so similar, this applies to them all. Food is uber fresh and tasty, the restaurants are usually clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the dark roast coffee I had on this particular visit was up with the best I've ever poured from an urn! Employees are invariably well-trained and pleasant. The food order was not fulfilled correctly. Order taker did not listen or misunderstand.It cost me more, but l did not bother trying to get the money back for the overcharge.The tomatoe soup was Luke warm thick and tasted like spaghetti sauce.
