What Robg721 doesn't like about Flames:
Ordered via their website and delivery time suggested 30 minutes but the food was delivered over an hour and a half after ordering. I phoned to enquire, was told 15 minutes but it was more like 45 and was told “we’re very busy”. Waited 40 mins for food and when I requested a refund the member of staff aggressively threw my money back at me!! Literally threw the money over the counter!!!...
