I regret having to give a 3 here. As a vegetarian I found this had the widest choice in Segovia, yet offering some meat options, mainly pasta and pizza. I definitely enjoyed my Seitan (meat substitute) with mushrooms and peppers, but my wife, being a meat eater, chose veal, which was uninspiring slices in gravy, and piles of white rice and stewed apple. read more.
