This place was recommended by our tour guide, for lunch after our half-day tour. She said that it wasn 't touristy and that a lot of locals go there. Since I 'm an intermediate level Spanish speaker, it didn 't faze me that none of the staff spoke English. The problem here isn 't the language, it 's the food.
