For lovers of macrobiotic cuisine this place is absolutely to try. Few dishes but well built, healthy food, tasty and that respects seasonality. I tried a salad of polypettes with verdurine and a rice ice cream stracciatella, white wine and a really super barley coffee. The environment is simple but full of heat.
