"I drove over from San Antonio to visit the plant nursery and a local suggested Su Casa when I asked about a good, local restaurant. I was NOT disappointed one bit! Tables are appropriately spaced for social distancing and booths have a curtain divider. I ordered the chalupa plate and they were the best I’ve had, EVER! The lettuce and cheese were very cold which I like. I ate the beans and rice first and the chalupas shells were still good and crisp by the time I got to them. I was pleasantly surprised as they were thin. They weren’t afraid to put some heat in their hot sauce either. I had two cups. My mouth was on fire but definitely worth it. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly. 10s across the board!"

"Great Thursday night experience. Started with a lovely Ginger Martini not too sweet, not too spicy. Had combo stir fried rice because A tan makes an awesome combo stir fried rice (took half to go for lunch the next day , then yellowtail sashimi that was the perfect texture and temperature. We had 2 sushi rolls. My SO had a firecracker style roll that was good (he really enjoyed it . I loved my Avalanche roll. As I told my SO, I would eat it for dessert as it was a decadent taste with the smoked salmon.Will definitely be back again soon.(There is a lovely city park next to house the restaurant is in you can talk a walk in after your meal."

"We ordered pizza, Stromboli and Cinnamonstyx. First of all the pizza was fantastic. The Stromboli was AMAZING! The Cinnamonstyx was to die for. Food was incredible. I was in shock. We'll never order from anybody else. My Wife waited a bit for it to be ready. She noticed ALL the staff was having fun and enjoying the work environment. The owner Bill, was taking care of his customers and keeping them completely updated on their food time/ progress while kidding and joking with his staff. An all around great experience for us. There are two customer service places my wife and I like and really enjoy. That's Southwest Airlines and Discount tire. Well, now we have three because we just added Double Dave's of New Braunfels to that list. Can't wait to go back!"

"So we're new to Texas. I thought we'd try Bill Miller's BBQ. Very strange. We ordered to go in the area of the store, the people came in bags on this metal table, I guess call in orders. Anyway, I found it strange that only someone could grab your bag, that it is not her and it returns, I don't want anyone except employees who touch the food. Very strange! Anyway, my wife and I spent 42.00 for our meals just to watch the children in the back that warm our ribs in a microwave, I was shocked!!! I worked in Bbq houses and we never heated anything in the microwave. This is unacceptable, waste of time! We will never return to a Bill Miller restaurant. Some kids. Sad!"

"Order online. Must wait almost an hour to get my order from a classic pepper soup. Update: June 12, 2022 returned and ordered a super hot and ready. The woman said they were in the oven about 10 minutes and they would deliver it to our car when it was finished and exactly that they did. I don't know how most it was on the meat, but it was hot and a pretty good pizza. Improvement!"
