Sidel should not be working customer service. Don’t even have the time to explain how bad she is at talking to people…oh wait, that’s cuz she never even said a word to me and couldn’t hear her at all in the drive thru View all feedback.

Waiting time 15 to 20 minutes any time of the day
Very very slow. I avoid if at all possible. A trip through the drive thru will take 20 minutes at least.
