I was planning to get a Schlotzsky’s next-door, but their drive-through was slammed, and inside was full to bursting of a busload of out of town high school bus students. I’ve been driving by Texas Crab before but never stopped. This time hunger drove me in. We came with high expectations seeing the great reviews. We went in and got the Large Shrimp tray for two people and it looked appetizing. However it is so clear this is food that was boiled in water all day long. The sausage, shrimp, and potato’s were incredibly squishy to the point you barely had to chew.
