Service and food here where excellent. Two of us ordered the mixed meat meal and it was very tasty, 7.50 euro. One ordered the codfish and she said it was also good, 10 euro. Finally, the fourth had the chicken in a mushroom sauce and she said it was excellent, 8.50 euro. Along with the wine and beer it was a nice dinner. View all feedback.
What GuilhermeVaz doesn't like about Imperio:
In the middle of the mountains one cannot ask much better. Ok staff, ok place, small menu but ok. Porco preto was not well done; steak was huge and nice. Cheap. If you are hungry just visit it. View all feedback.

We went there for dinner, and overall I can say it was ok. But my wife's squid were very chewey. Service was good. Attracts locals.
We came here after a tour by Serra da Estrela. The personal are very friendly and food was great. I recomend the codfish with broa ! Will visit again in a next visit to this village
They have daily menus: very good and not at all expensive. Even the wine is more than ok! But... try the small rissóis, samosas, crockets, with a nice beer... wonderful. And try not to take the menu but some other (not so quick but very fresh) meals.... It's not incredibly cheap but... very good and simle food, with the tastes of the country.
