What Gavin Townsend doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Not dog friendly… Bought drinks we have a small puppy who has anxiety so he sat on my partners lap. Rudely told to put him on floor as it’s apparently health safety nonsense. I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years. I would suggest head office to look into the angry rude manager View all feedback. What johnhouston2 likes about Caffe Nero:
Caffè Nero York Coppergate is a pleasant branch of the chain. On a wet Friday morning it was pretty quiet so service was swift and efficient, so I can only assume that previous reviews re slow service clearly reflect busier times. As expected, my coffee and toasted sandwich were excellent. View all feedback.

read moreCaffè Nero York Coppergate offers pleasant service on quiet days, with excellent coffee and food. However, complaints of slow service and lack of cleanliness mar the experience for some. The staff can be overwhelmed but remain kind and accommodating. With a mix of positive and negative reviews, this café is recommended for those who appreciate good service and are willing to overlook potential issues during busier times. Overall, Caffè Nero York Coppergate seems to have its strengths and weaknesses, providing customers with a mixed but generally satisfying experience.
