Lovely new restaurant, great food, a little pricey, certainly compared to the old cafe they used to have here, but a lovely environment and good service. Lovely Christmas department, great choice of items. Santa's grotto was great, but there was no atmosphere in the queue which was a shame. The festive visiting donkeys and reindeer are such a wonderful sight. We'll worth a visit. read more.

"What a great way to end our first day in york. as we had already eaten a full meal during the day, we were just looking for some light to eat and a refreshing glass or two rose’ it is not the cheapest, but definitely worth the visit and we will be back soon. an excellent table outside on the deck with views of the river, served by amazing friendly staff, thank you."
