Only popped in for a swift half but I must say I was very impressed with what has been done to the pub since my last visit...pre covid. They had Tim Taylor's landlord on hand pull and a cracking half it was too, wish I'd have had time for a pint!! We stayed a night in the hotel it was very noisy as it’s a pub downstairs but the strangest thing (which it doesn’t state on the site) is that the bath/shower is actually in the bedroom so the people you are sharing a room with can see you shower, needless to say we couldn’t use the facility! read more.
