This has been my favorite restaurant for a very very long time and it's always our first stop when we come visit in ocean city. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming and the service is always top notch. The food comes out in very good time not too quick not too slow. We used to frequent Cactus Cafe since the early 90s. Excellent food, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, good prices. We recently visited and were very disappointed. We didn't feel welcome, staff were brusque. I love reggaeton but the music was deafening. We asked if it could be turned down a little, which it was but then turned back up.
