My wrap was drenched in dressing and my smoothie was melted. Will not order again

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It had no buffalo sauce or blue cheese on it. Very cold and the cheese was not melted as advertised. Smoothie is good though...

"My non-vegan family and I (vegan) love Sobol. All of their smoothies and bowls are vegan without honey, but I believe their waffles aren’t. They offer vegan protein to add to smoothies and have a variety of toppings for bowls. They have three types of bowls; açaí, pitaya, and green. They also have coffee, which I’ve heard is good. What I really enjoy about Sobol is that their granola is homemade and completely vegan and they offer nut-free granola as well! The only cons are the prices and the fact that it’s not completely organic."
