What a pleasure to meet people who love their business and who are very welcoming, both the boss and the staff in the room. We were five and each took a meat (very excellent) and a dessert. We feel good and we have a great view of the mountains around Indian. For the record, the turkeys are paths taken by the herds that go into the transhumance.
