I love the products of this bakery, but I'm disappointed. Having made an order for Christmas, I understood in the 15 minutes that my order was forgotten (work in bakery, I understood the little whispers). The seller was searched for the product in the premises and it was frozen... I would at least have liked a share of honesty, and a minimum of excuses.
