My guess would be your staff are either new or not having proper training.My chicken chop are bloody dry and after asked for a replacement, similar things served to me like it is normal like this, How can you serve bloody dry and hard chicken to your customer and still charging RM24.00.Pls look into this matter seriously especially your QC team as this will hurt your brand tremendously."
