Had the pleasure of meeting both Lynz Jesus last night (2.25.24). Ordered the Tuna sub which is made daily on premises deliciousness. Too many automated replies for the very many of us who find this location to fail to live up to the once higher standards upon which Jersey Mike's was founded. Inferior product and service isn't at all made better by a auto respond message that does little more than apologize for this franchise failing to meet basic standards of... properly assembling a sandwich! My wife and I went in to order a sandwich...since it was too late to make dinner. The 2 people that were there were already working on a big order for takeout.....

"Portions were good, but the teriyaki was very bland, as was the tempura roll. the chicken was stringy and looked like clumps of thigh meat. even the extra teriyaki sauce that came with the meals was bland. The dumplings were good and seemed to be a 50/50 mix of pork and vegetables. The tempura roll, aside from being bland, was a large log of rice with a very small bit of everything else in the middle."

"Staff seemed annoyed with me as a first time customer…the girl was yawning, dude kept asking me to read the menu..food was so so and not worth the $15. It was an average meal. Paying extra for tomatoes ? Maybe the guacamole, but $2 for a mini scoop seemed like I got cheated. Put some nice people behind the counter -do a fake smile as far as I’m concerned, but don’t be rude.Go to Cava and see what they’re doing…copy them ! LOL"
