I have never catered out from Panera Bread but this wonderful gentleman helped me with my order and help me take it out to my car he was very generous sweet kind and very respectful he had Superior customer service. What Matt LaMotte doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Out of Bread Bowls for soup at 5:30 PM...major fail. Atmosphere was filled with low morale and employees going through the motions. Definitely not the most inviting Panera I've been to, plus no bread bowls for the dinner rush...for the rest of the night. Please step your game up Panera. View all feedback.
