this is a new chain of salad shop that doesn't get mentioned, but they have a vegan menu, with large vegan salads. I had the hummus bowl. it was a great salad. the cauliflower and the mushrooms were great. the hummus was legit. it's all coming together. they'll take a look at the other two. View all feedback.

they have three vegan salad options. I wanted to try the beyond meat taco bowl, but they were made up so I ordered the tofu hummus bowl. it was good to eat.
