The restaurant staff is fluent in English. They tell us the vegan menu was developed collaboratively by the owner and the chef (who is Thai . We tried the Pad Thai and Pad See U. Both had a good mix of noodles, vegetables, and tofu. The restaurant is on a second floor with windows on three of four sides, making it bright. It's kept clean.
