Saruga has a large assortment of fresh produce, including uncommon herbs (for Korea) and edible flowers, which I find fascinating. There are also several plant-based milks and other imported foods that are veggie-friendly. However, the assortment of vegan food options is currently rather limited: a couple of ramen, frozen dumplings and frozen mock meat.
