"Got there early (for Spain) so we were given pick of the lamb whilst it was cooking in its charcoal oven. Presentation was uncomplicated some lettuce and tomato in oil, the lamb perfectly cooked without herbs and served on the bone and some excellent Castillian bread to dip in the jus. The host didn't have to speak English his personality shone through! A memorable meal"
