The restaurant became busy after we arrived. However, the cashier seemed a bit flustered when we were placing our orders because he didn't hear us request them to go. We were on our way back to Omaha. The service was for takeout, the meal type was lunch, and the price per person ranged from $20 to $30. The food was rated 5 out of 5, the service was rated 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated 4 out of 5. View all feedback.
What Daniel N doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
I paid $7 for a snickers blizzard and the bottom 3/4 was just plain vanilla ice cream. I am tired of Dairy Queen's lack of consistency and effort. Culver's is not far from here, so do yourself a favor and go there instead. Visit Culver's at 12 PM on February 21, 2023. View all feedback.
Always have a great experience but today was the best. The gal that helped us had a great smile and personality. We ordered a dipped twist cone in our order and the first thing she handed me was a twist cone not dipped. No biggie I am not a complainer and my grandson was just fine with it. We pulled around front to wait for our food. A few minutes later she walked out to the car with a dipped cone and was so apologetic. She returned shortly with our food and noticed that some ice cream had dripped on the side of my car. She apologized and suggested I clean it off soon (it was already dried). I work in retail and too often all we hear about is the negative. Very refreshing to have great service with a smile and I wanted to make sure she was recognized!!
Me and my friend wanted to go for a ice cream date. and everything was going perfect until we ordered… We ordered two small twist cones. We had to wait 45 minutes with no ice cream. I finally went up to the register and gave them the receipt I already paid, then three minutes later we got our ice cream everyone after us got their ice cream but us. They didn’t tell us sorry or anything. We left an hour later I was very very disappointed. Absolutely love their ice cream but bad experience.

Soggy and cold fries as well as the toast not being buttered and soggy as well. Horrible horrible horrible. Lazy workers poor management. Would not recommend.
Long wait, they forgot to make one of our items. Otherwise it was delicious ice cream on a hot day.
