This joint used to be one of the legendary features of Serowe. It's lost allure over the years. At one point it was even closed for a considerable time. It is not even called Welcome Bar anymore, although the new name does not remain with cartridges. It has its moments, although in its current incarnation as Guzzeller's Pub. View all feedback.
