It is unacceptable to write in your order that they will make you unanswered in order to open the entrance for them and give your order to whoever they call to come down to pick it up...tell them why you didn't make me unanswered and they say this is not possible due to work load...those who have small children have to wake up their children from the ringing of the bell for the order to arrive at the correct apartmen...
