Order not packed well -drink broke through bag and fell on floor; need double bag for big order like this or plastic bag; ketchup not given as requested for home fries; also-oatmeal usually very good but today was luke warm, had liquid in it I like dry with half and half on side for that reason),and was a bit stale.All else very good : bagel and lox, home fries, ham , Gatorade View all feedback.
