What Elaine Bright likes about The Creative Caboose Cafe:
The Highline Pub and Restaurant is in the small community of Seton-Portage. The food is very basic as the town is in a very isolated community. We chose a nachos and cheese plate. The restaurant/pub is in an old building, and you have to be open-minded to full of character, both the building and the staff. It is across the street from a modern hotel.
