As someone in the restaurant industry for almost 25 years, I have to say the server, Samuel, is great! Consistently polite, fast, efficient and has perfect timing check on us without being dominant or intrusive. Once again, Samuel made our visit most pleasant! Food was also great! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
A little bit of a late lunch, around 1:45 or so. Greeted promptly and offered table or booth. There were only a few people there but the salad bar looked pretty bad as we walked by so I did not include it in my order. Unfortunately the waitress seemed upset that they sat someone in her section. She took my order while using a floor sweeper. The floor was pretty dirty. Table not as clean as it should be. It's a decent place to go if your looking for a burger or something simple I've only stopped here once but it was okay
