Guys I get where you are coming from this has been my local kfc for about 10 years, and I remember it was good up to 2020 and 2021, the staff didn’t care, orders mixed up and a outdated store, but ever since they rebranded the store early this year, the new staff is very friendly, store looks Morden and the food looks and tastes good, so it’s not bad now. I only use this KFC out of convenience, don’t know why I bother, poor service, staff uninterested and just don’t care, orders incomplete or wrong, food not great, chips are awful, never seem to put the dips in unless you ask, 20 mins waiting for food, Justeats etc get priority service, not coming back here again. Three times in a row my food order has short of something, terrible service queues are long as there doesn't seem to be much staff at busy times
Just drove 45 min paid to park in carpark to walk to a kfc that is closed. Please update your online presence as it’s states open when you clearly are not.
