We’ve had some very good meals here but this time the scallops starter could have done with a lot more caramelisation, the rotisserie chicken was dry and the fillet steak ordered as medium rare was barely pink, 90% brown in the middle. Apparently the chef says that this is how they do medium rare and was not going to do anything about it so it’s like it of lump it time. Given that attitude I didn’t see any way of win...
