What User likes about The Windmill:
Dropped in at the end of a hike and had a great experience from the friendly staff who were very welcoming! Dogs catered for as well (see the dog menu) which was a first for me to see on the main menu! Had a great steak and ale pie from the specials board and we were full all evening after that! Highly recommended and will return again if in the area. View all feedback.

Sunday lunch good size portion. 5 stars rated. could not blame it. However, the waitress who served, a harvesting tip I don't think, is suitable for working in a pub/restaurant that diners. also the pub was not very busy, but the service was pretty slow. we had no appetizers and waited 40 minutes to serve without obvious reason.
